What would have happened if you hadn't attended the Mindshare Leadership Summit?
If I didn't attend the Mindshare Leadership Summit in 2018, I don't even know where my business will be. I will probably be burned out. Trying to figure it out all on my own. Definitely will be missing the sense of community that I have here.
Can you introduce yourself and your professional background?
My name is Dr. Sanda Mondolvan. I'm a biological dentist and a periodontist with offices in Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, and Encino, California. I treat people that want to be in optimum health by detoxifying their mouth for a healthier body.
What was your life like before joining Mindshare?
My life before Mindshare was difficult. It was full of struggles trying to figure out how to run a business, because in school, they don't really teach us the tools on how to run a business. And I also didn't have the community. Sometimes there's a lot of envy from my peers. So it's more competition, especially in Beverly Hills, than support.
What specific business improvements did you make after joining the Mastermind?
Since joining the Mastermind five years ago I was working on optimizing the business. We started with one location, and now five years later, we have three locations. And I also started a natural oral healthcare product line. I learned to systematize in a way where it's not overwhelming for me as a business owner, but at the same time monitor the growth and look at the statistics.

I learned how to hire the right team, which in itself, can be very challenging. And we went from a practice that was $350,000 to $4,000,000 5 years later.
