The interview
What is your professional background and how did you start your practice?
I'm Tracy of Tracy Poizner Holiopathic Medicine, and this is my tenth year as a practitioner. My journey started 30 years ago when I was a classical musician. My daughter had a persistent yeast infection that medical doctors couldn't resolve, which led me to a naturopath using homeopathy. I became so passionate that I took all the courses to qualify as a practitioner, and my practice grew through word-of-mouth over 18 or 19 years.
What was your initial reaction to NES technology?
I was originally introduced to NES by a homeopathic colleague, and at the time, it was way too 'out there' for me. I was a very conservative holistic practitioner and wasn't interested in using technology in my practice at the time.
What changed your mind about using the NES scan?
Some years later, my clients started asking for computer-based scans. I went back to the person who showed it to me and asked her to scan me. I was blown away because it showed my reading for cell phone was zero but my computer reading was at a four, the highest. It was so accurate about my habits that it hit me like an arrow in the heart.
How does the visual aspect of the scan affect your clients?
The compliance is through the roof when they see it in front of them on the screen. It is so much more impactful than if I just looked at symptoms and wondered if they were sensitive to electromagnetic frequencies. Seeing it on the screen makes it true for them.
Can you share a specific success story using NES?
A woman referred by an osteopath had recurring severe dizziness where the room would spin and she felt nauseous. After a few scans and working with Infoceuticals, she came in saying, 'I haven't felt like this in twenty years.' Her dizziness became something that only happened once in a while and she'd just sit down for a few minutes, but her overall vitality was transformed.
What is your top tip for other practitioners using the system?
My number one tip is to use the patterns function on the recommendation screen. It shows things like asthma support, nervous support, or immune support. It helps me dialogue with the client and let them interact with me around which of those things is really resonating with them so I can adjust the recommendations.
How does the scan help you with case taking?
It leads clients to tell me things they wouldn't have thought of otherwise. One client saw 'fear of attack' on the mind-body screen and told me a story about being chased by a dog, which linked to her free-floating anxiety that I hadn't been able to help before. We got straight to a story she probably wouldn't have thought to tell me.
Frequently asked
Is NES technology too 'out there' for conservative holistic practitioners?
Tracy Poizner initially felt the NES scan was 'too out there' and was uninterested in using technology. However, after a personal scan accurately identified her specific computer usage habits without prior input, she realized the technology's clinical impact and accuracy.
How does the NES scan improve patient compliance?
According to Tracy Poizner, compliance is 'through the roof' because clients can see their health data visually on the screen. This visual evidence is more impactful than a practitioner simply listing symptoms or suggestions.
Can NES help with long-term chronic conditions like dizziness?
Poizner describes a client who suffered from severe recurring dizziness for 20 years. After working with NES scans and Infoceuticals, the client reported feeling better than she had in two decades, with the dizziness becoming a minor, infrequent occurrence.
