I would say the biggest thing about coming to the im party is just the people I've met that have made a big impact in my business and personally as well. I would say almost all my friends in town are from this event and our biggest client came from this event.
How long has the business relationship with that client lasted?
And that was like, two years ago, so that was a pretty cool one.
Who would you say this event is best suited for?
I was literally just talking about how the IMparty is best for pretty much anyone who is an entrepreneur, regardless of marketing. So I think the fact that it has the word marketing in the name is a little misleading.
How would you describe the culture of the attendees?
It's really just like thoughtful, smart, entrepreneur party where everyone's sort of grounded and open to meeting people, but not like a weird network-y way.
Why do you continue to attend the IM Party?
I wouldn't miss the IM party because this is where my friends are now and so much business ideas and actual business happens here.
