What symptoms and challenges were you facing before finding Palmer Kippola?

Ever since childhood, I experienced negative self-talk. I was under tremendous stress over my job and also was experiencing a lot of - more of the gut issues, more of just physical symptoms. So a series of tests in 2015, I was diagnosed then with MS.

How did you first discover Palmer Kippola and her work?

It wasn't until 2019 that I was introduced to Palmer. I read a Facebook post and then her book had just come out in 2019 - I could not wait for it to come out. I knew that she had experienced MS and here, she had followed this protocol and was doing tremendously well.

What was your initial reaction to Palmer's guidance?

From that moment on, I felt like my healing journey really began with guidance and then also... just empowering and with hope. There was hope that I had whereas before I did not have that empowerment or hope. I completely trusted Palmer, really, from the moment that I started reading her book.

What has the experience of working with Palmer one-on-one been like?

It just, kind of, was a journey... a healing journey of just 'one step at a time.' And then I started working with her one on one. I know that if I bring a situation to Palmer, she is able to equip me with the knowledge that she has so that I could go out and apply that knowledge and make it part of my healing journey.

How has your perspective on your health changed since working with her?

I don't see myself as a person that is diagnosed with MS. I see myself as a person that is healthy, that I'm empowered. I'm always going to be on a healing journey but I am able to be in control and take out those toxins that are entering my body, in my system, in my environment.

Who would you recommend Palmer Kippola to?

I recommend Palmer to anyone that is facing any type of autoimmune issue. Her plethora of knowledge and information has helped me tremendously. She is real, she's authentic and she's true. And believes in the things that she has promoted. Whether it's her book, whether it's the academy.
