The interview

Can you introduce yourself and your history with Quik!?

My name is Alex. About six years ago, we were in search for a form solution for a software. We did a lot of research and found three companies, one which is Quik! After a long assessment and communication with the leadership even the owners of the company, we determined that Quik! was the best option for us.

Why did you choose Quik! over other providers?

Not only because the product was simple to use, easy to implement, financial feasible, but also because we created a relationship with the owners of the company that makes us feel very at ease. We were able to actually implement the software within a couple months, and we've been running with it for six years.

What is your business and what problem were you trying to solve?

I'm the owner of BlueDot. Before implementing Quik! our business had a different partner for form solutions. Unfortunately, they discontinued the product and we found ourselves trying to find a solution that was quick to implement and it was easy.

What are the top benefits of using the Quik! forms module?

The number one benefit of using Quik! for our forms module is one, it's customizable. We were able to work with their team to add features to it. Two, it's reliable, it's pretty stable, and three, it's financially very feasible.

When did you realize Quik! was the right fit for your software?

I knew that Quik! was the right solution for our software when we noticed that the team was very responsive, the service was reliable, and they were able to accommodate our needs with the new features that we needed.

How did the actual experience differ from your initial expectations?

What I thought we were getting into a relationship with Quik! it was going to be the classic out of the box solution where they give you some software and you have to be on your end customizing pretty much everything. And what we actually got was more of a personal relationship with both the team and the leaders, to then provide us the solution that we needed and the things that were not included in the system be able to add them to fit our needs.

How has the customer service been over the long term?

Quik! is really good at customer service even though during the past five or six years, there's always rotation of personnel, the people that give support for their product or design the forms, they're very responsive and very quick to learn. We haven't really had any issues during the last five or six years in either form generation, design, or even just customer service.
