The interview

What shifts have you seen since working with Reimagined Health?

Since working with Reimagined Health and Fertility, we have seen major shifts in our lifestyle, our health, and obviously our fertility path. I suffer from migraines and IBS symptoms, and all of that went away. My husband has a lot of indigestion, heartburn, and gassiness; all of that went away. We were both sleeping better and we were able to get pregnant.

What was your situation before finding this program?

Before we found Reimagined Health and Fertility we were struggling with infertility. Having been diagnosed with a low AMH, I was seeking out IVF as a treatment, and we actually had a failed round. I was feeling definitely very discouraged, feeling stressed and hopeless thinking that we weren't going to be able to have a baby, being that the IVF clinic did tell me, essentially, that I was a lost cause.

How did you find Dr. Nashat and what were your initial thoughts?

After doing a little bit of research on alternative ways to approach fertility, we found Dr. Nashat's program on Instagram. I was actually ad-targeted, and I was really skeptical at first. But from what I had read and from trusting a client's advice, we dove into the program and I'm so happy that we did.

What surprised you most about working with the team?

What surprised me the most was just that they are so hands-on. You never feel like you're a burden to them. They always make time for everyone in the program. They remember week to week what you're going through and your updates, but they also really empower you to be able to help yourself on this journey.

Can you describe the moment you realized you wanted to be a mother?

I wasn't always sure that I wanted to be a mom. When my husband and I got engaged, I took an at-home AMH test that came back very low. My OBGYN told me it was a 'five-alarm fire.' It really jolted me that I did want to have kids, and being told that I might not be able to do that felt stronger than I've ever felt about anything.

How do you feel about the future and sharing your story?

Moving forward into the future, we definitely feel more equipped if we were going to make the choice to have another child. I also feel so empowered to share with other women. I have already encouraged so many women to try this first because IVF is so expensive and emotionally taxing; this is such an incredible alternative.

Kara Schadel (00:00) So since working with Reimagined Health and Fertility, we have seen major shifts in our lifestyle. We have seen major shifts in our health. And obviously, we have had major shifts in our fertility path. We both noticed things that were chronic, and our lives changed with doing the program. I suffer from migraines and IBS symptoms, and all of that went away. My husband has a lot of indigestion. gets very gassy and very uncomfortable - heartburn. All of that went away. We were both sleeping better, and we were able to get pregnant. So that also was, you know, the most exciting part of all of this. But overall, it just really added a lot to our lives as far as how we feel on a daily basis, and also how much we learned about ourselves and things that we can do to better our daily lives. Kara Schadel, and I am in Nashville, Tennessee. Before we found Reimagined Health and Fertility we were struggling with infertility. Having been diagnosed with a low AMH, I was seeking out IVF as a treatment, and we actually had a failed round. And so, decided that we needed to go another route. And because of all of that, I was feeling definitely very discouraged. We were having a lot of highs and lows emotionally, feeling stressed and hopeless thinking that we weren't going to be able to have a baby in the future, being that the IVF clinic did tell me, essentially, that I was a lost cause. So that was really disheartening. So after doing a little bit of research on alternative ways to approach fertility, we found Dr. Nashat's program on Instagram. I was actually ad-targeted, and I was really skeptical at first. And one of my clients and I have grown close through confiding in her about all of this. And, you know, from what I had read and from trusting her advice, we dove into the program and I'm so happy that we did. So what surprised me the most about working with Dr. Nashat was just that are so hands-on. You never feel like you're a burden to them. It seems like no matter what they have going on in their busy lives, they always make time for everyone in the program. They remember week to week what you're going through and your updates, but they also really empower you to be able to help yourself on this journey, which I also really love. So you don't have to always be reliant on them. I wasn't always sure that I wanted to be a mom. I've come a long way in my journey, in my life, in my career, my relationships. And when my husband and I got engaged, I actually took an at-home AMH It came back with the fact that my AMH was very low. So I went to my OBGYN and I was like, "Hey, is this correct?" And she was like, "yeah, this is kind of a five-alarm fire." And it really kind of jolted me that... I did want to be a mom, and I did want to have kids, and that I was being told that I might not be able to do that, it felt like stronger than it had ever felt - I've ever felt about anything. With the trials and tribulations that it took us to get here, it's that much more fulfilling and exciting that Dr. Nashat was able to help us achieve this, especially naturally... is really amazing. And I honestly am just so grateful that we get this opportunity. moving forward into the future, we definitely feel more equipped if we were going to make the choice to have another child, we would know exactly what to do, exactly how to jump back into that process. I also feel so empowered to share with other women. I have already encouraged so many women to try this first because I think the United States specifically, we jump to IVF immediately and there's nothing wrong with that. But I think that, you know, especially how expensive it is, how emotionally taxing it is, this is such an incredible alternative. So we are definitely shouting it from the rooftop.
