My name is Scott Laubach. I reside in Harleysville, Pennsylvania, and I'm happily retired.

I heard about Sunrise Capital Investors through an investment group called Passive Pockets, and I invested with them as I'm an income-focused investor, and they focus on income-returning assets.
What concerns might have prevented you from investing with Sunrise?
As I considered making my investment in Sunrise Capital, the one thing that could have led me to walk away is lack of transparency.
Why did you ultimately decide to move forward with the investment?
The reason I decided to move forward with Sunrise Investment was the transparency that both Brian and Kevin provide through monthly webcasts, podcasts, and such. They always tell us what's going on and they're very communicative.
What attracted you to the specific asset classes of mobile home parks and parking lots?
What attracted me most to mobile home parks and parking lots is I currently do not have them in my investment portfolio. They're necessary. People need them today, and it fills a niche for low-income housing, and they're also cash-flowing assets.

Other than profits, what I value about the Sunrise team is their transparency and they're always available to answer questions and they don't shy away from the tough questions.
