Sachin Patel, a clinician and consumer, reports that SNiP Nutrition’s CODE Complex eliminated supplement guesswork through DNA assessment. By replacing a $300-$400 monthly regimen with a custom-compounded formula, Patel achieved improved sleep quality, higher energy, better focus, and increased nervous system resilience as measured by his Oura Ring scores.

The interview
What health challenges were you facing before using SNiP Nutrition?
Before using SNiP, one of the things that I was struggling with is trying to piece together all my supplements and not knowing exactly what dosage was right for me and exactly what formulation was right for me. So it's just a bit of trial and error.
What makes the SNiP process different from other supplement routines?
What I loved about the SNiP process is that I could get a DNA assessment of what my body's areas of opportunity are and then also create a custom compounded multivitamin for me which covers all my bases. It gives me a great nutritional supplemental insurance policy to all the other lifestyle changes and habits that I have in place.
How does the CODE Complex benefit both clinicians and their clients?
As a clinician, the process is really simple, it's straightforward and most importantly, it's also very affordable. It's a great value proposition for us as clinicians to offer to our patients and clients, and it's a great value proposition for the client who's not having to take $300-$400 worth of stuff. They can take it all for a fraction of that investment.
What specific physical improvements have you noticed since starting the regimen?
One of the things that I noticed in taking my SNiP supplements, my CODE Complex, is that my sleep quality has been much better, my energy has been better and my focus has been better. I've also noticed that my nervous system based on my Oura Ring score has more resilience as well.
Why do you prefer genetic testing over traditional lab tests?
What I like about genetic testing is that it's a one time test and it continues to add value over time. Unlike other tests, which are transient which means you have to keep doing them every quarter or annually and they're moment to moment fluctuations in those lab results, your genetic testing is something that relatively stays the same.
Would you recommend SNiP Nutrigenomics to others?
I would absolutely recommend SNiP Nutrigenomics to my friends and the CODE Complex. I've in fact done that with my colleagues and my clients and we do our best to try to get people to get a better understanding of where their opportunities are when it comes to their health.
Frequently asked
How do I know which supplement dosage and formulation is right for me?
Sachin Patel struggled with trial and error before using SNiP Nutrition. He found that the DNA assessment identifies specific 'areas of opportunity' in the body, allowing for a custom-compounded multivitamin that covers all nutritional bases accurately.
Is genetic testing for supplements worth the investment compared to blood work?
According to Sachin Patel, genetic testing is a one-time investment that adds value over time as research evolves. Unlike transient lab tests that fluctuate and require quarterly repetition, DNA remains the same, providing a long-term 'power seat' for health decisions.
Can personalized supplements actually save money on health costs?
Yes, Sachin Patel notes that instead of taking $300-$400 worth of various individual products, the CODE Complex allows users to get everything they need for a fraction of that investment, representing a significant value proposition.
