The personal freedom that Student Loan Tutor has given me is that I can focus on what I do best, and they can focus on what they do best without me worrying about how to do things that are really not in my wheelhouse. And that gives me a lot of freedom.
What was your situation before working with Student Loan Tutor?
Before working with Student Loan Tutor, I had no idea what was happening with my student loans. I was so focused on working and on practice, and it was really easy just to avoid knowing what was happening, but I didn't know how long, how I was going to do it, who to call. Sometimes I would call to get information, and I would spend lots of time waiting to talk to somebody to get answers.
What was the #1 reason you almost didn't join?
The #1 reason that I almost didn't join Student Loan Tutor was because I had never heard of Student Loan Tutor. And I thought, 'Is this really legitimate? Can they really help me?' That's the #1.
When did you know Student Loan Tutor was right for you?
I knew Student Loan Tutor was right for me when after the first year that I completed working with them, just right on time, I got a message a few weeks before it was time to recertify. Student Loan Tutor just made it so easy and I didn't have to think about it.
What surprised you the most about the experience?
What surprised me the most about Student Loan Tutor is how knowledgeable all the people I interacted with there were. They are very best at helping you know your status in terms of your student loans, the best strategies for repayment based on your current circumstances, and educating you about all this.
What was it like working with your tutor?
Working with the Student Loan Tutor was a pleasure. I learned. It was easy to schedule meetings with my tutor. The way that they explained the information was very easy to understand and to apply. If I needed to do something and I wasn't clear what I needed to do, I could get clarifications at any time, not just that once a year.
