The interview
What has your experience been like regarding the community at Upgrade Labs?
My experience as far as community goes has been incredible. I've met so many like-minded people that are on the same mission that I am, which is to upgrade our bodies, our minds, and our health. Doing that as a community is much more exponential than doing it alone, and it is one of the main reasons I continue to go there.
What is the number one benefit you have experienced?
The #1 benefit I've experienced at Upgrade Labs is they've helped me get my health up to a base level. I am now able to feel the vitality and health that I've been searching for for so many years by going to gyms and doing other health programs.
How efficient is the program at Upgrade Labs?
The amazing thing about Upgrade Labs is the efficiency. I don't have to go there for very long. I go 3 days a week, max, for about an hour at a time. So 3 hours a week, and I have my health not only at base level, but I am seeing it rise up from there.
How did you know Upgrade Labs was the right fit for you?
I knew it was right for me even before I joined. I'd been hearing about them for years and followed Dave Asprey for years, so I trusted him and the franchises he was building. When I did start going, I noticed health improvements and a sense of community after just a few weeks.
What did you think you were buying versus what you actually received?
I thought I was buying kind of a gym membership mixed with some biohacking equipment. What I really got was an upgrade in my health and vitality. My experience has been nothing short of miraculous; they have the best equipment, an incredible staff, and I even started teaching art workshops there.
What is different about your life now compared to before you joined?
My health has skyrocketed. I'm sleeping better, I'm moving better, and just by being around the people there, I'm feeling better mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I feel this upgrade in the whole of me, not just the physical part of my body.
Would you recommend Upgrade Labs to others?
I absolutely recommend Upgrade Labs to everyone I talk to. Everyone asks me what I am doing differently because I look and feel so much better. I tell them I go to this place called Upgrade Labs 3 hours a week for my entire gym workout and biohacking protocol.
