Hi, my name is Chris Taylor. I moved to Austin way back in 1995 and I run a little entrepreneurship social club called the Red Fridge Society, just down the street.

What motivated you to start focusing on your health and longevity?

For me, it's time. I hit 50 and really started thinking about both longevity and how much time I have left, as well as how I'm spending my time.

What is your primary goal when it comes to your fitness routine?

To be able to stay healthy in the shortest amount of time possible is really what I've been exploring for the last couple of years.

How do you feel about your current physical and mental state?

I'm probably in the best shape I've been in my life, and so that feels pretty good at 51, to be able to say that. I think there's a lot of benefits, both health-wise and, frankly, even just mental health-wise, about feeling good about where I am and where I'm going in my health.
