Tracey Malanowich Achieved Exponential Business Growth and Five-Figure Months with Yager Training

The number 1 benefit of working with Deb and Brandon has been the confidence. I had confidence I could get somebody else the breakthrough because the way that they got me the and then I could support them. So I already have my set of skills I come in with, and now I got to add their set of skills to what I do. Every step of the way, they had it mapped out. They had a script for doing this and for doing that and for working through the person's challenges just like they did with me. They modeled and then they gave me all of the tools. So the incredible amount of confidence I had - knowing I had everything at my disposal - was absolutely the biggest gift. So my life and career before working with Yager Training was okay, I was making progress. What happened when I started working with them is it was just exponential. Really gave me the confidence because they have their program so well mapped out. You get the help you need and the skills all at the same time to do what you really want to do. The biggest challenge for me was I was already a busy professional, and I'm really into learning and growing, and I had things scheduled out and I just felt an overwhelm and without the time to commit to it. And at the same time, every time I raised my hand with an obstacle, they were able to show me what was possible instead. And they really exemplify that in what they've done with their own business. They have done the deep work in the background and anything else that I came up with, they're like, "let's get on a call and brainstorm about that. Let's figure it out." And every time I was able to move to the next step more effortlessly. So what I really like about them is they've been through a lot of challenges, and I love their stories. It makes me feel totally normal and able to be open and just be myself. And if I can be myself and honest with them, they can actually help me. So a key breakthrough that I was able to experience with Yager Training was speaking up and challenging others on their limitations and blocks as well. I absolutely love the retreats. In that container, it just feels so safe to bring up everything. You get guided through the process. A lot of people, they'll give you all the knowledge, you just don't know how to apply it. So you're getting that real-time ability to apply and do and do and do until you're there, so it becomes just part of you. The more I showed up, the more I got and the farther I go. And I'm so invested in their programs They just show you that your journey is valuable. So I got that feeling that I'm valuable and I'm confident now. Working with the other students - because we have practice sessions - you're always challenged with a directive at the end to go out and set some audacious goal. My business was average. You know, I made, five figures. And when I got challenged, it was, "can you make five figures in 1 month?" And I was, like, hesitant. I didn't know that was possible. Deb and Brandon at Yager Training... they're the best at making you feel completely at ease being who you are and at showing up with your gifts. They help create this container. It feels safe. And that sounds really weird. You're going for training, why do you need to feel safe? The truth is, then you'll speak up about what's holding you back. And if it's not what I believe it is, they're going to point it out. They've overcome a lot and done a lot in their own businesses, and they have a lot of contacts and other resources in the community, so... I recommend Deb and Brandon - Well, both to my family and I have, and to my friends because they're going to get every tool they need to help you get to the next level of aiding people in the changes that they want to make and even the changes they don't want to make but need to make.
