What was your life like before attending 40 Years of Zen?
Four years ago, I was struggling with some negative core beliefs that were sort of dictating the way that I was interacting in business and personal relationships and romantic relationships. Before attending 40 Years of Zen, my life was really good but it's gotten a lot better.
What made you say yes to 40 Years of Zen?
I had read a number of Dave's books, I had practiced a number of the things that he taught in those books and it all just worked. When he said that 40 Years of Zen was his ultimate biohack, I just trusted him, I didn't need a lot more.
What did you appreciate most about the program?
It was pretty wholesale, actually. The space is amazing, the center is unreal truly, the tech is top notch, it's just state of the art and brilliant, the staff excellent, the service excellent, the food excellent, the results unbelievable.

What has shifted the most for me is my relationship to relationships. There was an energy and understanding that I was bringing to relationships that was having me attract less than ideal partners and that feels shifted a lot and also the way that I interact in those partnerships just feels very, very much shifted in a good way.
What are you most excited about moving forward?
I'm most excited about stepping into sort of a new way of being that I've unearthed and really started to calibrate here, this third session I've done here at 40 Years of Zen. I can't wait.
