I'm Rachel Brooke Smith, and I live in Daybreak, Utah.
What is your overall recommendation for 40 Years of Zen?
I wish everyone could attend 40 Years of Zen. If you're thinking about it, go do it. It is one of the most profound experiences of my life.
How does this compare to your previous personal growth work?
That's huge because I have been on a self developments, healing, growth journey ever since I was 14. So almost like two decades worth of all different kinds of workshops and experiences and coaching books and retreats and 40 Years of Zen rock my world in the best way.
What would you say to someone feeling hesitant or resistant to the program?
If you feel resistance to it, if you have any like limiting beliefs about it or anything like that I would really question those beliefs and hopefully lean on my belief or any of the other people that have been through it and the results that they've had.
What was the actual experience of the program like for you?
It definitely is challenging, it's a really hard experience but it so worth it.
How do you feel now that you have completed the program?
I can see now in my whole life, my whole being, my whole world feels so different in the best way.
