Entrepreneur Achieves Unstoppable Confidence and Breaks Through Career Plateaus via Experiential Training

As a result of having gone through this program, I am now unstoppable. had the breakthrough I was looking for. I was looking to play big. I was looking to fulfill my potential and had been sort of plateaued at a place in particular in my career as an entrepreneur that I knew I had a lot more in me. an opportunity to highlight my blind spots, to have that breakthrough that I was looking for, to connect with other really big thinkers, people who inspired me and who I admire to this day And so Ascension Leadership Academy gave me some insight into what was possible for myself. My name is Andrew Peluso. Life before Ascension Leadership Academy was... good. And at the same time, I knew I was playing small and had been searching for my own, sort of, breakthrough to get to the next level. What I'm most excited about now is just the journey ahead and where I'm at today. I had major breakthroughs while I was going through Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 of Ascension Leadership Academy. And the breakthroughs did not stop. As soon as level three was over, I knew what I needed to do to continue my breakthroughs. And I'm in the process of doing just that. Because of the breakthroughs I had and because of the next level of confidence that I was just able to experience and live in, it became very apparent to me what the next level of stepping outside of my comfort zone and playing big was. And so that journey has not stopped. And I can look back and see points in my life where there was a version of me before and a version of me after. And there were two distinct points in my life where that took place. The first was... I don't know if this is getting too deep or vulnerable but, an attempted suicide. I had been living in just ruthless anxiety and depression and thought that I was done living and realized after coming through that, that, "Oh, I actually want to live. I actually don't want my life to be over." I had a lot of work to do from that point on. But life was just never the same after that. thoughts were never the same. The second point in time was after I had just just really blown up a relationship with a wonderful person. I said, "Never again. I'm never going to destroy a relationship in the way that I have." And took the actions I needed to take at that point in order to overcome a lot of the self- hatred and guilt and shame that I had been dealing with. And Ascension Leadership Academy is the third time in my life where I have experienced a version of me before and a version of me after. I don't know that there's anything that can really prepare you for the ALA experience. I came in ready for a challenge - Excited, focused, determined. I knew that there were blind spots to be highlighted. There were lessons to be learned. And what I was surprised by was the level of connection I could have in such a short period of time with other people. The way everything is constructed is just so well-thought through. Nothing is without purpose. I would recommend ALA to others because... life is short. ALA is a vessel to expand what's possible There are no shortage of lessons to be learned in ALA. No shortage of experiences that can be life-altering because it... it just works. You can become a better person, a higher version of yourself in such a short time frame. If you have any interest in living life to the fullest, living your best life - whatever that means for you. Then ALA gives you an opportunity to do that You just have to trust the process, take the leap and enjoy the ride.
