The interview

What health issues brought you to Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine?

For over the last 20 years, I have dealt with a lot of personal health issues. Before working with Dr. Staid, I was dealing with a lot of inflammation, I had psoriasis, I had joint pain, and what I didn't know at the time was classified as leaky gut.

What was your life like before starting this journey?

My life was personally complicated with family issues and two young kids I was taking care of. I was always searching for some sort of health remedy that would help me be a healthier version of myself, but I tried a lot of bad diets and programs that just weren't the right fit for me.

What services and treatments did you receive from Dr. Staid?

We first started off by running a series of testing and meeting over various different times to go over all that data and then start the journey for better health. She also has other wonderful offerings in her practice that you can start at the same time.

Why did you choose to become a patient at this practice?

Two big reasons. One, Dr. Staid herself—she's amazing, personable, and listens. She can look at the whole spectrum of my personal physical being and help me achieve my goals. Secondly, she is a traditional MD with deep medical knowledge who combines that with the latest thinking on overall health across specialties.

How quickly did you see results from the treatment?

Initially, within the first three months, my joint pain started to subside, my psoriasis flare started to go away, and my gut problems started to go down. It turns out I had a gluten sensitivity that I didn't realize I had until working with Dr. Staid.

What is the current status of your health today?

Today, the inflammation, gut issues, and my psoriasis are 100% gone. This is the best I have ever felt in my life. I have an overall better quality of life and I feel like I finally found a place where I can get support for my personal health goals.

Would you recommend Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine to others?

I would hands down recommend Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine to any family, friend or stranger that I end up talking to because it's been very much life changing for me. The whole process has been nothing but a positive experience.

Hi, my name is Jennifer Julian and I'm shooting this video because for over the last 20 years, I have dealt with a lot of personal health issues and that brought me to Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine, where I've worked with Dr. Staid to fix and alleviate many of these health problems. Today, the inflammation, gut issues, my psoriasis are 100% gone. And I just credit her practice and, and the practice of functional medicine to help me achieve these goals. Before working with Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine, my life was personally complicated with family issues and matters and two young kids taking care of them, and I was always try to searching for some sort of health remedy that would help me be a healthier version of myself, but a lot of bad diets and programs that just weren't the right fit for me. And then I came into contact with Dr. Staid before COVID and that's kind of where my journey began with Full Spectrum Medicine. So the types of services and treatments that I first started off with Dr. Staid were initially running a series of testing and meeting with Dr. Staid over various different times to go over all that data and then start the journey for better health, overall health, at the same time as you start that journey with Dr. Staid, she also has other wonderful offerings in her practice. What made me say yes to being a patient at Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine was two big reasons. One, Dr. Staid herself, she's amazing, she's personable, she listens, she's very in tune with her clients. She can look at the whole spectrum of my personal physical being and help me achieve my personal goals. And then as a doctor, recommend what she would like to see for me long term. I was not cautious about the cost in the beginning. I look at it as an investment in myself. I think when you meet Dr. Staid and you hear the other testimonials of people who have had success and you educate yourself on what functional medicine is, you understand that it's an investment in yourself and your health journey. And at the end of the day, I have a lot of people who rely on me and I want to have the best version of myself. What surprised me the most about Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine is it's a journey. And her staff has been amazing in helping me achieve my short term goals and I know they'll be there for me to achieve my long term goals. So the whole process has been nothing but a positive experience for me to date. What I've been able to do now, having been working with Dr. Staid over the last few years versus where I was before, is I have an overall better quality of life. Before working with Dr. Staid, I was dealing with a lot of inflammation, I had psoriasis, I had joint pain. I had at the time, what I didn't know is classified as leaky gut. It turns out I had a gluten sensitivity that I didn't realize I had by working with Dr. Staid initially, within the first three months, my joint pain started to subside, my psoriasis flare started to go away, my gut problems started to go down. So it's just been amazing to me and I just am so happy that I've gone down this path. I think Dr. Staid's approach is great because she is a traditional MD who has deep knowledge of the medical world, but then she combines that with the latest and greatest thinking on overall health and looks at things across specialties. She has that functional medicine expertise that has a wider scope lens of the bigger picture. I would hands down recommend Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine to any family, friend or stranger that I end up talking to because it's been very much life changing for me. This is the best I have ever felt in my life. I feel like I finally have found a program and a place where I can go to get support for my own personal health goals and health journey and be, you know, the best version of myself. Why I like working with Dr. Staid personally is first of all, she's brilliant and she's funny and she's witty and she gets life hiccups. She's just very human and she's probably the only doctor that I've come into contact to date that truly cares about her patients, is engaged with them, wants to be right there with them and see them have success. She just really is passionate about what she does.
