Can you introduce yourself and your practice?
My name's Jordan. I'm from Edmond, Oklahoma, and I work at the Aesthetic Center of Excellence.

What specific feature stood out most to your team?
One thing that stood out to us was the foot controls. And we often are injecting and having things in our hands, so being able to control, like sit the patient up or down with the foot pedals was a really big thing for us.
How would you describe the purchasing and customer service experience?
We've had a really great time working with you guys. Honestly, everything has been such a fast and seamless process. Customer service has been awesome. You guys communicate well. And then actually receiving the chair in a promptly manner has been nice too.
