The interview

What is your primary motivation for seeking treatment?

My thought is less about me, it's more about my family and eventually having grandkids. I want to be a great granddad, enjoy time with them, throw them around, swim in the pool, and go hiking. I've committed to another 15 or 20 healthy years and I think this puts me on the right path.

What was your health status before working with Dr. Eckel?

I just learned that I had Parkinson's and so I was just doing a lot of investigation and evaluation and considering what I should be doing. Once I met Dr. Eckel it was really clear what I needed to do. I'm still in the early stages.

Why did you choose bVital over other global options?

I looked at other places to get the infusion of stem cells, everything from Germany to Hong Kong, and then I learned that one professional doctor naturopath here, Dr. Eckel, offered it. So it was a no-brainer to come here.

What were your expectations for the treatment camp?

My expectations for the camp were more aligned around the transfusion and turning the blood into plasma and then having it put back into my body. It was so much more than that. They brought together the whole process of preparing my body, my thought, and my breath to accept it.

How would you describe the team and the environment at bVital?

All the people in the office are really great, all well educated, all good stewards of the business and good stewards of us. Greg does a right job of blending naturopathic and MD medicine together, explaining it in simple terms without over-promising.

What was the benefit of going through the program with others?

We had a couple people that went through with me; I absolutely liked them. They're dealing with Parkinson's like I am—they're more advanced than I am—but we could share stories and it was all helpful.

Frequently asked

Did Fred Howard have hesitations about bVital's reputation?

Fred Howard stated he had no hesitations or concerns because he knew the reputation of the clinic was very good and he was convinced that stem cells were the right solution for his condition.

How does bVital prepare the body for stem cell infusions?

Fred Howard described the process as 'preparing a board with glue,' where the team used a sequence of different equipment over a week to ensure his body and brain were ready to accept the transfusion.

Why choose bVital over international stem cell clinics?

After investigating options from Germany to Hong Kong, Fred Howard chose bVital because Dr. Eckel is a local professional who blends naturopathic and MD expertise in Park City.

My thought is less about me it's more about my family and eventually have grandkids and I would be a great granddad and enjoy the time with them and throw them around and swim in the pool with them and go hiking with them and so that's what my deal is, so I've committed to another 15 or 20 healthy years and so I think this puts me on the right path. I would say stem cells is the right solution and you've got to do it based on all that we know today in western medicine and any medicine. Stem cells seems to be the solution. And then when you think about this camp, it's nice to get away for a week and prepare your body for it and I think they do a really wonderful job of putting it through a sequence of different equipment that benefit you and then we had a couple people that went through with me, I absolutely liked them. They're dealing with Parkinson's like I am, they're more advanced than I am but if we could share stories and it was all helpful. Hi, I'm Fred Howard. I'm from San Diego and I recently relocated to Park City. Before working with Dr. Eckel I just learned that I had Parkinson's and so I was just doing a lot of investigation and evaluation and considering what I should be doing and so once I met Dr. Eckel it was really clear what I needed to do. I went through the course for the last week and learned a lot about the process, learned a lot about myself and I thought we did a really good job of preparing my body to accept the transfusion. I hadn't done anything else. I just, I'm still in the early stages as you can see. So I've done a lot of investigation, and everything I saw and read the stem cells is the right solution or V cells or the right solution along with everything else that Greg and the team bring. So I looked at other places to get the infusion of stem cells, everything Germany to Hong Kong and then I learned that one professional doctor naturopath here, Dr. Eckel's offered it. So no brainer, come here and I'm so happy I did. They took great care of me and now I think I've got a little bit of hope and about what my future looks like. My expectations for the camp was more aligned around the transfusion and turning the blood into plasma and then having put back into my body. It was so much more than that. I mean, that's the basics of it. You know, you want to get the stem cells if you're a believer in stem cells. So my expectations were getting the transfusion but what Greg did in their whole team did was they brought together the whole process and I think of it like preparing a board to like with glue so it accepts it. if it's not prepared, not sanded, not treated the glue won't stick to it and so I think of that with the treatment I went through here. There was much more than just the transfusion. They helped me prepare my body, my thought, my breath and just be an open minded do it. I'm a person of faith and belief that and this just expanded, so going back to the analogy of glue you have to prepare that wood, they had to prepare my body and my brain to accept it and I think they did an excellent job. I really had no hesitations. I knew the reputation here was very good. I was clear minded that stem cells is a solution and so I had no questions that this is the right thing. I had no concerns with anything. Well, really liked it that Greg was naturopath with a true MD. I think he does a right job of blending the two together, explaining it in very simple terms so that we can understand what the benefit is and doesn't over promise anything but gives you a clear understanding of what the process is, what the procedure is and the benefits, long term benefits. All the people in the office are really great, all well educated, all good stewards of the business and good stewards of us. I think you did a really great job here.
