The interview

Who are you and what is your professional background?

I'm Sarah Price. I live in Denver, Colorado, and I'm a registered nurse and functional nurse coach.

What health challenges were you facing before working with Dr. Panzner?

Throughout my entire adult life, I have had multiple autoimmune conditions. Over the last few years, I found myself with a really increase in brain fog and a lot of fatigue, even though I was doing all the things to work on the foundations of my health.

What specific discovery did Dr. Panzner make regarding your diet?

I eat really well and thought I needed good estrogen detoxification, so I ate lots of sulfuric vegetables. Come to find out that I don't break down sulfur very well. He told me I had plenty of sulfur and needed to pull some of those foods back.

How quickly did you notice a change after implementing his advice?

Within 24 hours of following his instruction and pulling those foods out of my diet, I sat down and for the first time in probably a year, I felt my energy drop back down in my body and I could meditate. I felt like I was coming back in contact with my essence.

Do you recommend Dr. Panzner to others?

I actually don't just recommend him to family and friends, but I recommend him to my clients. When I'm working with people who have seen many doctors and can't find a path, I tell them it's a good idea to look at their genetics with him.

What makes Dr. Panzner's approach unique compared to other practitioners?

He is making connections that I've never heard from anybody else. I feel like the work he's doing is revolutionary and absolutely new to medicine; it's not something I'm seeing anywhere else.

Sara reported feeling her energy return and being able to meditate for the first time in a year within just 24 hours of following Dr. Panzner's specific instructions to pull certain foods from her diet.

Sara describes his work as revolutionary and new to medicine, stating that he identifies hidden genetic connections that other healthcare practitioners often miss.

Full transcript

I have said this to so many people recently, I feel better now - I'm 43, almost 43 - I feel better now than I have in the last decade. The journey is important, but, man, what I would've given to know these things ten years ago. Hi, I'm Sarah Price. I live in Denver, Colorado, and I'm a registered nurse and functional nurse coach. Throughout my entire adult life, I have had multiple autoimmune conditions. And one of the things I've noticed is over the last few years, I have found myself with a really increase in brain fog and a lot of fatigue. And my entire work and my practice involves helping people to move through that. So, I was doing all of the things to try and work on the foundations of my health, and I knew there was just a missing piece. You know, I eat really well. I am female, so I, like, think about, 'oh, I need to have good estrogen detoxification.' And so I eat lots of sulfuric vegetables. Plus, they taste delicious. Come to find out that I don't break down sulfur very well. And he was like, "we need to really pull some of these back. You have plenty of sulfur. Don't worry about that part." I'd previously done a lot of meditation and all of this sort of stuff. I couldn't even meditate for, like, months, because I couldn't drop in with myself. And within 24 hours of following his instruction, pulling back those foods out of my diet, I sat down and for the first time in probably a year, I felt my energy drop back down in my body and I could meditate. And I have to tell you, like, I cried. And I'm not a big crier. I was like, "oh, my gosh, I'm feeling like myself again. I am coming back in contact with - with me and, like, my- my essence of who I am. I actually don't just recommend them to family and friends, but I recommend him to my clients. So, when I'm working with people, maybe the person who's come to me has seen many doctors, they've seen many healthcare practitioners, and they just can't seem to find that path. I help them to sort of start filling in some of the blanks, but I'm always like, "I think it's a really good idea to start looking at your genetics. And there's this amazing practitioner who is making connections that I've never heard from anybody else." I feel like the work that he's doing is revolutionary, that what he has identified, what he has found is absolutely new to medicine and it's not something that I'm seeing anywhere else. So, I deeply believe in his work, and I recommend it to my own clients because of that. It's two parts, right? There's the genetic piece and then there's the lifestyle. And I can really help you with the lifestyle. But sometimes there are these hidden things that we just can't quite identify, where his expertise is absolutely invaluable.
