What was your initial experience working with Brian at Dream Big Property Management?
He just met me like right where I was, which I loved. And he just made it so convenient. He's just a wealth of knowledge. He just stays on top of everything that has to do with regulations and property management. That was just a huge asset to me.
Can you tell us about yourself and your properties?
Hi, my name is Lauren Jamison. I live in Orange County, California, and I have properties in the Riverside area and also one in Moreno Valley.
Why did you decide to stop managing the properties yourself?
I always thought I would be saving myself money if I was just managing them all myself. And honestly, it just kept becoming a bigger headache. I didn't always know all the correct rules and regulations of how to manage a property.
How was the process of handing over your portfolio to Dream Big Property Management?
I came in contact with Brian and he just was amazing. He walked me through the whole transition and it was very seamless. I loved it as an owner because he just represented me really well and he knew why we had rental properties and our goal with our rental properties and he just wanted to make that come true.
What feedback have you received from your tenants?
He's so great with the renters. We've had such good feedback. They just said how easy he is to work with and how knowledgeable he is.
How does the company handle maintenance and repairs?
Sometimes I didn't always have the right repair person or had the time to go get quotes on things to see what's better. He always had us in the back of his mind of not just to go with the easy quote or to sink money into the rental. He always thought of that for us. And that was really huge.
What is the biggest benefit of having them handle the day-to-day operations?
I don't even have to worry about who's paid or who doesn't pay because it's off my plate. He has that knowledge, which is such a peace of mind for me that everything is done legally, by California regulations.
What have you gained personally since hiring Dream Big Property Management?
I've gained more time with my family, my sanity, the more assurance that things are taken care of correctly, which is just exactly what I want.
