Shannon helped us find a home on a really crunch timeline in a crazy market and all of the advice and help that she gave us really helped us keep the ball rolling and secure the home that we really wanted. The process of working with Shannon started with a conversation. So it was during the pandemic and we had a video call with her where we got to know her as a person, not just a realtor. We talked about my plants, we talked about her kid. It was a great way to make a friend, not just do business with someone. And then throughout the whole process, she was... so great and so supportive and at the end of it, you know, we invited her over for margaritas on the porch. So I think it turned out really well.
