Annie and Miles used Fab Fertile to overcome a pre-menopause diagnosis at age 33 and low sperm motility. After seven months in the personalized program, which included lifestyle changes and functional testing, they achieved a natural pregnancy. Miles reported his sperm concentration tripled and motility doubled from 17% to over 30% before conceiving their son.

The interview
What was your situation before starting with Fab Fertile?
We were obviously struggling to have a child. We had been to the fertility clinic several times, had levels tested, and Miles had a procedure done. I was told I was in pre-menopause at age 33 and that our only way to have a biological child would be a donor egg; I was told I would never be able to produce an egg.
What male fertility challenges were you facing?
I had low motility percentage and sperm concentration. I had a varicocele procedure done with the intention to boost those levels, but after the procedure and two more samples, the percentages did not increase.
How did you find Fab Fertile and what made you join?
I saw an ad for them on Instagram. What caught my attention was that they were offering a free Zoom to learn about their program and ask questions. It wasn't just some PDF; Sarah gave an hour of her time. It was highly personalized to our levels, testing, and allergies rather than being generic.
What was the program experience like for you both?
It's definitely not for the faint of heart. You have to be willing to try things out of your comfort zone and change your eating habits. We changed almost everything about our lives. There is also an emotional component where you talk about your feelings and lifestyle blocks.
What specific health improvements did you see during the program?
Six months in, I got my levels tested again and they almost more than doubled. Motility went from 17-18% to over 30%, and the sperm count concentration was like three times more than what it was. This was from eating better, not drinking, and healthier living.
What was the final outcome of your time with Fab Fertile?
Seven months into the program, we found out that we were pregnant naturally. We now have a nine-week-old healthy, beautiful baby boy sitting next to us. It was completely wonderful and changed every aspect of my life.

How does Fab Fertile differ from other online fertility programs?
Annie noted that unlike generic PDF-based programs, Fab Fertile offered a personalized Zoom call and a plan tailored specifically to their testing, levels, and allergies. She felt it wasn't a 'one-size-fits-all' approach, which gave her confidence even if it hadn't worked.
What kind of lifestyle changes does Fab Fertile require?
According to Annie and Miles, the program requires changing eating habits, stopping alcohol consumption, and addressing emotional blocks. They described it as 'not for the faint of heart' because it involves changing almost every aspect of your life for healthier living.
