Geobear Stabilized Structural Cracks and Fixed a Jamming Front Door Fast

Hi, my name's Al Karim. I live in Whetstone in North London. So we bought our house three or four years ago. The interior had been redeveloped fairly recently before that, and so everything was in pristine condition. About probably eight months ago, we started noticing internal cracks in different parts of the house, particularly above bay windows, and then a couple of external cracks as well. Our biggest concerns were, were obviously safety, first and foremost. We have a young family, and so we wanted to get it dealt with as quickly as possible. But also you read about structural damage to houses and the, the cost of those things, the amount of time the work takes, and then just the sheer disruption that it could cause. We had a surveyor that actually did the survey for the house come round. He recommended Geobear, but also to have a structural engineer to come and assess the potential damage. But the recommendation, at least from the surveyor, was that Geobear would be faster, less disruptive, and actually the level of damage there was, it would be a much better solution than going into the foundations of the house. There was a little bit of waiting time for the assessment, and then we had the assessors come out. They looked at the various cracks internally, externally. And then after that it was really up to us when we wanted the appointment. I think there was quite a lot of flexibility in the calendar for Geobear. In terms of prep work for Geobear, it was significantly less than what would have been required for any structural foundation work. In fact, as I understand it from my wife, it was very limited in nature, the amount of prep that we had to do on our end. Would recommend Geobear to friends and neighbors a hundred percent. We had a great experience with them end to end. It ticked all of our boxes. They were able to assess and put the injections in quickly. We saw the results almost straight away and the upheaval of having work done to the actual foundation, the disclosures that would be required with that work to the foundations and the amount of time it would take to prep and then execute that would be significantly more. So if the cracks are something that Geobear believe they could fix, it would definitely be my first recommendation. The experience with Geobear was the communication was very good by email and by telephone. They were able to fit us in pretty quickly compared to, I think, a lot of this type of work. The team that came to do the work, they were on time, they were super polite. They were very good at explaining various things and having a look around to make sure there was nothing that we had missed on our end. And, and actually the results materialized very quickly. All the cracks didn't go away, but in terms of the structure, our front door, for example, closed naturally, which it hasn't done for many months, and so immediately there was an impact on the way the house was sitting.
