I think GIST gives hope. And I think GIST gives confidence and I think just gives a sense of community and direction. I like all the people in the group, which makes me look forward to being there.

The problem is life happens and you blink and before you know it, it's six months or a year, and the really important stuff often doesn't get done. And you got to work on yourself. You got to be thinking about these issues if you want any real improvement.

It creates positive habits. One of the benefits of having the weekly GIST calls is having the weekly GIST calls. In other words, it forces you to look at the things that really matter and then to write and speak and compare where you are or not.
