Secured Off-Market Forever Home Under Appraisal During 2021 Housing Boom

Hi, my name is Lorrie Beelby. I am shooting this video for Heather Tankersley because my family and I were trying to relocate from San Antonio, Texas to Austin, Texas. It was during the housing boom of 2021 and right after Covid things were difficult. I knew Heather was right for me and my family when the first time we went to look for homes, she asked if it would be okay if she brought her girls along. I have two young kids, my husband loves kids and we're just a very family friendly family and I was like absolutely we would love for you to bring them along. She also was just very comforting and it was like it was such a difficult time when we were looking for a home and she was just encouraging and she said we will find you a home, don't worry, give us time, Where do you want to be? And I said Heather, it doesn't matter where we are, we just need a home. And she not only found us a home but in a wonderful neighborhood, we absolutely love it and I'm just so thankful for Heather and her intuitiveness into our family. My experience working with Heather was extremely unconventional. We had a house that we liked and we were under contract. The seller decided that they didn't want to sell the house and so we went through a lot of tactics trying to persuade them to go ahead and sell the house to us, it didn't work. Through that nightmare, Heather was just the best. She talked to our attorney for us, she talked to her friends in places that we were looking at homes and just asked if they knew of anybody about to sell their home and that's how we found our home, Heather found our home for us off market. Well under appraisal Heather was just willing to do anything that she could to find us a home. Heather is best at solving problems. If there's any issues she will work her tail off to get them fixed. If you are sitting on the fence wondering if you should use Heather or not, my number one recommendation would be please give her the opportunity because she will find what you need, she will work her tail off, she is a hustler, she is kind, she will keep you informed every day.
