If you were sitting on the fence or pondering, considering to use House of Worktops, I can recommend them 100%. It's been absolutely fantastic. You've got the options of all the different woods they carry, all the different samples they can supply, and then the delivery dates to suit yourself. 100% I would use House of Worktops again.
Can you tell us about your project and location?
Hi, I'm Steve. We live in Prestwick in Scotland on the West coast, and currently remodeling the kitchen. Absolutely gutted it.
How did House of Worktops compare to other companies you researched?
Before I found House of Worktops, I felt that other companies didn't match what House of Worktops can offer. Delivery, the timings are perfect, it's suited to you and your project, the price and the quality. When I got samples, they were absolutely fantastic. Samples from other companies were nowhere near as good. So that's what prompted me to go to House of Worktops.
What would have happened if you hadn't found this company?
If I didn't have found House of Worktops, I truly believe that my project would not look as good with the quality that they supply. It would have put me on a bit of a downer knowing I've not got the best that they can offer. I found that House of Worktops to be the best on the market.
What was your biggest concern before ordering?
The biggest concern I had with using House of Worktops, buying 2 lengths of 3 meter worktop in solid oak, was the delivery. And as soon as they told me all about the delivery, how easy it would be, and to suit my schedule, that's what prompted me to use House of Worktops. Absolutely fantastic service.
How do you feel now that you have received the worktops?
Now I've received my solid oak work tops from my House of Worktops, it's given me more enthusiasm to carry on with the kitchen because I know that when I put those in, it will be the absolute icing on the cake. It will look perfect.
What specific aspect of their service stood out the most?
The one thing that I found sets House of Worktops apart from all the other companies I'd looked at and researched is their customer service. Absolutely 100% perfect. I had problems with delivery dates, and they were very, very welcoming and they were very accommodating, giving me options... more than one.
