I would highly recommend it for these reasons: from the continued support from the team, from the social media, from the nurse practitioner, you're going to have the support you need. And not to say, the memberships are on point with pricing.
What was your business situation before working with IVitamin?
We do have a wellness studio, but we always felt like the vitamins and the infusions were our missing link. So to be competitive with our competitors, we loved what IVitamin had to offer.
What surprised you most about the setup process?
What surprised me the most about the setup with IVitamin was the consistent support. It wasn't just one or two people. They have a whole team, they're a phone call away, they answer, and if they don't have the answer, an email will be sent within 24 hours.
How does the ongoing support function for your studio?
The way that I feel that I have ongoing support through IVitamin is through email campaigns, the RNs for help with the nutrients. If we have any questions, social media - name it, they are there. They're one phone call away. They have a team of support, and it's been very helpful being a new business owner with IVitamin+.
Which services have been most popular with your clients?
The services so far that have been most popular with are definitely the infusions and the shots like B12, MIC, and then my personal favorite is the NAD.
What results have you seen in your first few months of operation?
We are currently in month 4 with our business with IVitamin+ and each month it's growing its revenue, and I'm hopeful for month 6 to have already gained our investment back.
