The interview

What was your biggest challenge before joining the program?

Before this program I was hiding. Jessica really made that clear to me without her even saying that. She says all the time, 'Stop hiding behind your business. You are doing the world a disservice by not standing in your light.' That was the biggest unlock I think I have is I am so good at hiding behind my business.

Who are you and what is your business?

My name is Sydney. I am in Nashville, Tennessee, and my business is Renaissance Marketing Group.

Why did you decide to join the Feminine Frequency Business School (FFBS)?

When Jessica announced the Feminine Frequency Business School I knew that it was something that I full body needed to completely jump into. Her approach to growing and scaling a business just met me right where I was.

What specific results have you seen since joining?

Joining that program gave me the clarity that I needed. It gave me the confidence. I have already seen a massive shift in revenue, in the type of clients that we're attracting, the caliber of clients that we're attracting. My team has seen a change in me.

How does Jessica's coaching style differ from others you've worked with?

I have worked with business coaches, but no one has understood the journey that I am on, have been on, and want to continue going on like Jessica. She talks about how we're queens and you can't be a queen if you don't have a moat to protect you, if you don't have castle walls to protect you in the form of an assistant, an accounting team, strong team members, a leadership team.

What is the most significant way this program changed your life?

I think the biggest way that she has changed my life is through validating my dreams, through validating my goals. It was worth every single penny because of who you become when you are done with the program. We're not the same women when we started. It's only a 12 week program, but you transform through it.

What would you say to other female founders considering FFBS?

If you are a female founder and you are trying to scale your business, you wanna take it to the next level, you have to join FFBS because it will give you the hard business acumen that you need. It's going to give you a roadmap and that clarity that you need in order to hit the next level. I truthfully can't recommend it enough.
