The interview

What has been the impact on your business since the rebrand?

Since Left Right Labs rebranded the business, sales have definitely started to increase. And not even just increase from a financial aspect, they have increased through a purpose aspect. So people feel more connected with a mission, and that mission is obviously also resulting in an increase in sales.

Who are you and what is your role?

My name is Nicole Willis, and I am the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Desbio. I am in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Why did you choose to work with Left Right Labs?

I chose to work with Left Right Labs for my brand and strategy because I've known both Gretchen and Katrina for almost 10 years now. So I've worked with them on a lot of my high-profile client's brands.

What was the experience like working with the team?

They were so amazing and their attention to detail was phenomenal. So they hand-hold clients all the way from the beginning, end-to-end to really explore and bring out the meaning and the soul behind any brand.

How did they help evolve your established company?

Left Right Labs helped us as we took an established company that had been around for over 25 years, and really bring it to the next level. Even though it was established, there was a big client basis already, we really took it to the next level and brought it to 2025 and beyond, in how it had developed and evolved over time.

What were the specific changes made to the brand identity?

The most significant shift was taking our tagline, 'The power of three,' to the next level and giving it more depth, meaning, and soul. We also incorporated imagery onto all of our labels, came up with a couple of other taglines, and blended all aspects of the company together through labels, a new website, and a new color palette.

How has Left Right Labs impacted your personal brand?

I brought them in to help connect all the dots on who I am as a person as well. So they have brought my whole world together, whether it be clients I serve, the business I work for or evolving my personal brand and helping me represent that to the world.

Nicole Willis (00:00) So since Left Right Labs rebranded the business, sales have definitely started to increase. And not even just increase from a financial aspect, they have increased through a purpose aspect. So people feel more connected with a mission, and that mission is obviously also resulting in an increase in sales. Hello, my name is Nicole Willis, and I am the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Desbio. I am in Scottsdale, Arizona. I chose to work with Left Right Labs for my brand and strategy because I've known both Gretchen and Katrina - Trina - for almost 10 years now. So I've worked with them on a lot of my high-profile client's brands. They were so amazing and their attention to detail was phenomenal. So they hand-hold clients all the way from the beginning, end-to-end to really explore and bring out the meaning and the soul behind any brand. Left Right Labs helped us as we took an established company that had been around for over 25 years, and really bring it to the next level. So even though it was established, there was a big client basis already, we really took it to the next level and brought it to 2025 and beyond, in how it had developed and evolved over time, and setting that basis for where we chose to evolve going forward. The most significant shift in our brand was really taking our tagline, which is "The power of three," to the next level. And embodying not only what the brand represents, but also where we saw the industry really gave it more depth, more meaning, more soul. We also incorporated imagery onto all of our labels to introduce that. We came up with a couple of other taglines, and really blended all aspects of the company together through labels, through new website, through new color palette, through expanding all of the imagery, and really up-leveling it for the next of success. So the team at Left Right Labs has been phenomenal. I've worked with them for, I think, about 10 years now. And I completely trusted them with the biggest names in the industry and obviously with the company I'm working with, and even with my personal brand. I brought them in because we know personal branding also really matters even if you're, like, an exec or a business owner. And so I brought them in to help connect all the dots on who I am as a person as well. So they have brought my whole world together, whether it be clients I serve, the business I work for or evolving my personal brand and helping me represent that to the world.
