The interview

Why should someone use Life Flow?

I think everyone should use Life Flow because not only does it promote productivity, but it has these great features where it uses AI, you can transcribe everything that you're saying, you don't even have to type it. There's all these great features on there that makes life so much easier.

What was your life like before using Life Flow?

Before working with Life Flow my life was very chaotic, and I had about 5 calendars and agendas and cycles and schedules that I went through, and so... it really was preventing me from a full productive day. I was stuck dealing with all of those random things in my productivity flow.

What was your biggest breakthrough goal using the software?

The biggest breakthrough goal I had using Life Flow was being able to integrate all of my calendars and schedules onto one screen. So I didn't have to go through a bunch of books or agendas or online or my dry erase board. And so it was really great to see everything on one screen.

What surprised you most about the experience?

What surprised me the most about working with Life Flow was that Ryan, the CEO, was coaching me basically one-on-one through a productivity course, which I was really surprised that was part of the software, and the program that he is implementing, and being able to walk everybody through all the difficult parts in their productivity flow.

How has your daily routine changed now that you use Life Flow?

Now that I'm using the Life Flow software, I can look at my schedule, and all my lists on my computer so I don't need to bring an entire backpack full of books with me, which has made my life way more easier to schedule clients, and to be going to meetings and to have all my lists.

What are the specific features you enjoy using?

It's really fun to use the software cause there's these little jingles. It makes you have this little serotonin boost. I can cross things off my list, and have something that's actually recording all of that. Letting me know how many things I've gotten done is actually really awesome incentive to get more things done.

Why would you recommend this to others?

I would recommend Life Flow to a friend or a family member because I think it's really important to stay on top of our productivity. Life Flow software does a really great job of organizing. They can unload all of their thoughts off into the software, then it's there in one place, and when they come back after dealing with their family or their real life, then it's right there for them.
