Could you introduce yourself and your practice?
My name is Jackie. I am currently in Dayton, Ohio, and the name of my practice is Meraki Foot Care Wellness Suite. I provide wellness foot care servicing for those that are immune-compromised, those that may have problematic issues with the skin of the feet or the nails. My motto is health first, beauty second.
What was your experience like communicating with the Spa Source team?
With SpaSource, just being able to get someone on the phone when you have a quick question or concern before you make an investment purchase. Just being able to have somebody to speak to, guide you through, answer any questions that you may have. Just being even able to text someone from the company, as sometimes life on my end can get busy with my guest.
How did the website help you make a decision without seeing the product in person?
On the site, being able to get more detailed information about the chair without physically being in a trade show where you can actually physically touch the chair, sit in the chair, things like that. I appreciate being able to have access to someone, as well as to see more visuals on their website.
What specific features were you looking for in a treatment chair?
The biggest component of what I was looking for was durability of the chair, as well as the weight capacity that the chair can hold. So just being able to have those descriptions online to be able to read them, that was helpful, but it also, I wanted to make sure that it was able to check off those boxes for me.
How would you describe the overall professional experience with Spa Source?
My experience with working with SpaSource has been extremely professional, helpful. I would say top tier. So if you are considering working with SpaSource, I would definitely say have an idea of what table, chair, or other equipment or product that you need beforehand. Pick up the phone, give them a call, and they will guide you through from start to finish.
What influenced your decision to choose Spa Source for this specific investment?
Honestly, I've purchased in the past, but it was nothing of a huge investment like this particular purchase. And then another colleague of mine or another friend in the industry, she kind of got me to rethink again and say, 'I think you should probably go with SpaSource.' So I think it was a win-win.
