The interview

What was your life like before working with Life Flow?

Before working with Life Flow my life was pretty chaotic. I was trying to balance working in the medical field and running my business, Sunkissed. I was really not organized on what time I should take the time to work on my business and then when should I rest. Honestly, my eyes were sunken and I was tired, and I felt really lost on how to balance both of these two things.

What was your biggest breakthrough during the program?

My biggest breakthrough was when my coach taught me more than just cognitive load. She taught me how to create capture lists so that I could instantaneously take what's from my mind and put it out so I don't have to carry it in my mind. I can create a system outside of myself to organize my thoughts and then help to create action forward to it.

What surprised you most about the Life Flow experience?

What surprised me most was when we would do our one month days. Just seeing how when you're conscious about organizing your time, how much you can really get done in one day. In those days, I was able to build multiple web pages. I did about three months worth of work in one day and it was awesome to see the capability once you organize yourself and set clear goals.

How has your life changed after working with Life Flow?

Now my whole world is different. I have a lot more productivity and we were able to launch a whole new product after working with Life Flow that's continuity-based; it was lingering for almost a year and then just within one month of working with Juli and Ryan I was able to get it done. My energy is a lot more present. Since I was able to get the cognitive load off and all that heaviness inside my head, I feel a lot more present in my life.

Who would you recommend Life Flow to?

I would recommend Life Flow for anyone who's trying to get their shit together. I'd recommend it for anyone who's coming out of a worker mentality and you need to sharpen your executive function and how to organize time, make time to rest, and make time to get your goals done.
