Retired Pastor Achieves Consistent Cash Flow Through Niche Real Estate Investing

Speaker 0: Jay Brown, San Antonio, Texas. I'm a retired Christian pastor. I first heard about Sunrise Capital Investors through listening to Kevin Buff's podcasts. I had a job a few years ago where I did a lot of traveling around Texas and I tuned into the real estate investing for cash flow podcast and also heard his mobile home park investing podcast. I heard a lot about what it was that he was up to how he did it and was interested in exploring a little bit further. As I was considering my investment in Sunrise's fund, one of the things that would have made me hesitant is the character of Kevin and the leadership of Sunrise himself. And so it is that even if the deal was a good deal, if it wasn't the right people at the top, then I wouldn't have been interested. In order to make sure that I knew Kevin a little bit better and not just what I heard on the podcast, I did read his book and then also flew down to Florida in order to be able to meet him in person. After that meeting, was convinced that he was a genuine individual. What attracted me to the mobile home space is that it serves those that are in need of affordable housing. I felt like I could be doing some good for the community as well as thinking about how I could set up some regular cash flow for myself. Overall experience with Sunrise has been extremely positive. I found them to be genuine and also be able to produce the results that we need. They are consistent with their distributions and I know I can count on them with everything that they promise. Other than just the profits, the Sunrise team has been really responsive when I've reached out to them with questions. This is an area that has been a little bit new to me and they've walked beside me gently, slowly, gradually with some patience to help me out along the way. So I really appreciate how it is that they've even made it a personal relationship as well as the professional one. If you're sitting on the fence with investing with Sunrise, I would say that nobody can offer any guarantees. But these people really are genuine. They're who they say that they are and they're gonna work hard to make sure that you do everything possible to safeguard your investment and get you the returns that you need.
