Overcame Imposter Syndrome to Launch a Profitable Practice in Four Months

Before Perfect Practice, I had been a personal trainer and I was moving into the health coaching space and I had been sick for 13 years and was looking for a way to lose stubborn weight. I have Hashimoto's, which is hypothyroidism, and I had this imposter syndrome. I really couldn't help anybody because I was struggling to help myself.
