The interview

What was your overall experience at the Love Club Immersion?

It was an amazing weekend with so many people who are dedicated to finding love within themselves and then sharing it with others and finding love in their life. It was a really powerful weekend.

What kind of connections did you make during the weekend?

This weekend, I was able to make new friendships that feel like family.

What did you learn about yourself during the program?

I was able to learn more about myself, learn some real deep things that I need to work on, and even learn what questions to ask myself about how things are going so that I can make progress versus ruminating on the situation.

Can you explain the concept of 'containment' discussed at the event?

One of the things that we learned was about the importance of being able to have your own foundation before you can contain another person and by containment, that means creating safety and holding space for them.

How did the teaching on foundations apply to your personal goals?

I have a deep desire to be safe and to contain and help other people to feel safe in their life, but sometimes I find that I'm a little bit out of balance. So we talked this weekend about the importance of that, focusing on your own foundation first.

Why should someone spend an entire weekend at Love Club?

The opportunity to spend an entire weekend focusing on love and what it is and how I can have more of it in my life and how you can have more of it in your life. That's why you come and spend a whole weekend talking about it and associating with other people who are committed to that as well.

How would you describe the methodology of the program?

There's something called biohacking that a lot of us are really interested in here. This is like love hacking and love is such an important driver for most of us, but we don't know how to get it. We don't know how to feel it. We don't know how to be it, and that's what this weekend is—an opportunity to hack our own love lives.
