CEO Mike Cox Achieves Life-Changing Weight Loss and Healthy Habit Formation

My name is Mike Cox, and I am the, uh, CEO of a data center company in the Dallas area. Back in May, I did my annual physical with my doctor. He basically said that I was a handful out from being obese. I was looking for any shortcuts. There's no miracle product out there. Basically, what I was looking for is mainly just a tool that kinda helped me get to where I wanted to be, which was, you know, I, I'd like to lose... I wanted to lose anywhere between 30 and, uh, 35 pounds. It's been a nice journey. It's been a wonderful experience today. So I knew I needed to make change. I think for me, I'm fairly active for being somebody my age. I think at the end of the day, what worked for me is I had to get into a, a calorie deficit. So the only way it seemed like for you to do that was to stop eating. And I love to eat. I love sweets. So much product out there, and there's so much misinformation and so much scary information. So they've got a medical team, so it wasn't just me taking the word of a family. It was them working with their medical team, getting qualified. So I felt very comfortable along those line. But I just felt like I never had to do it on my own. My desires for sweets and my hunger's gone away considerably. I think once I realized that is when I realized that the, you might have something that's gonna work for me. I guess I'm building healthy habits. And this product is helping adapt as if to what my new mindset, the whole thing by developing those good habits. So I feel like I got something that, uh, still active but, you know, that's a relative term, you know? Again, I'm 66. I still ride the bicycle. Just the quality of life, this whole thing. I mean, this journey for me, my experience, it's been life-changing. It's amazing, like once you start losing the weight, you start feeling better about yourself.
