What impact has Mindshare had on your business growth?
My business would not be where it is today without this Mindshare community. It's all about the relationships, and people know how to do things that I don't know how to do, and they collaborate and they support. And so when I look at everything I've built, there's a line that just goes straight to Mindshare.
Can you introduce yourself and your professional background?
I'm Laura Frontero. I'm a nurse practitioner, and I help high performing women fix their health so their bodies can keep up with their ambition. And specifically, I work on energy and detox.
How has your revenue changed since joining the mastermind?
Four years of being in the mastermind, the growth of my business has been incredible. When I first started I was grossing about $300,000 a year. When I finally [left my side job], the next year, my business jumped to 2.5 million in gross revenue.
How did you manage your business while working at Kaiser?
I was still working part time for Kaiser while I was growing this, so I was bringing in $600 to $700,000 a year in my side gig while I was still working for Kaiser, making like, $120,000 a year. JJ had encouraged me to really leave my side job. She's like, 'Laura, you have to go!'
What surprised you most about the Mindshare community?
I think what surprised me the most about joining the Mastermind was that all of these people who I had admired and looked up to and watched them grow their businesses from over here, I was surprised at how open and loving and caring and willing to help that they all were. I think somewhere in my mind, I expected that they'd be unreachable or untouchable.
