Tattoo Artist Improves Ergonomics and Client Comfort with Motorized Spa Source Chairs

My name is Tony Ramirez. We are in Boston, Massachusetts, and the name of the tattoo shop is TR Tattoos in the city of Abington. I looked around quite a bit. So I have a different, a different bed that I actually got from Tattoo Company, and it actually comes from Brazil. And in order to get them down from Brazil here, you know, the expense of having them shipped would be enormous, right? So I started seeking out different places, but I just like the engineering behind it. In tattooing, people tend to like slide down as you're tattooing them. So the way that it creates this pocket when you actually put the backrest up and the, uh, lower part of the sitting area, it kind of traps them so they're not sliding all over the place. I kept going back and forth, and then finally I just pulled the trigger and talked to, I believe, Robert, and, uh, I just went ahead and, and got one, yes. Aesthetically, the cushion, because I'm looking for the comfort of not just me and being able to apply my work easily, but the comfort for the client that's actually getting tattooed, and is gonna be laying for long hours. We're talking like anywhere from five hours to 10 hours sometimes on some of our victims, you know? And so I needed something to be comfortable for the people that are gonna be laying there for long. And I noticed that the cushion was really nice and thick. It's just everything about it, the design, it didn't look too bulky, and I started doing further research as to whether we can attach wheels to it. A lot of these other places that I was looking at didn't have wheels, and neither could you actually reinforce them with that. The fact that you don't have to tamper, like go around the bed so you can actually control everything, you have all the control in one hand. Once I started working with SpaSource, Robert was pretty genuinely and helped me out in explaining some things to me, made it very easy. The process was very, like very straightforward, and I got in contact with him through the phone. He reached out to me and, uh, it was pretty s-simple. I ordered it right then and there on the phone. I didn't have to go through any loops or anything. Um, they're very helpful in that way. SpaSource, you know, I like that. If somebody was to ask me if I would recommend SpaSource, I absolutely would, and that's 100%. I'm not just trying to... This is not a sales pitch, guys. This is a, a really good chair, and uh, if I turn the camera over there, I have a different one, but there is a reason why I'm going to SpaSource, and I'm getting another one purchased in the month to come because I like the way it is, and I want one for myself also. So I'm gonna retire the other one so I can get a SpaSource one. It's just very nice in every aspect of it. That is the number one thing that sticks out to people right away. Right away they notice, "Oh, it's a nice chair." Right? Yeah. It's like, "Oh, it's a nice chair. Wow, you got a new chair. This is nice." Like it feels comfortable, everything about it. They love the chair. The clients genuinely love the chair. I really like the fact that you can raise the chair all the way up, right? Because sometimes we get tired of sitting down as tattoo artists, and the fact that it is able to raise up at a, and elevate at a point where y-I can tattoo the client s-standing up, it gives my back a huge break. I like how it tilts back so the client can actually get stuck in that position all the while being comfortable. The pillow that it comes with, the fact that the leg thing actually comes out, it's an overall amazing, amazing chair. We personally take the arms, the armrests off because I find it, for us tattoo artists, we're able to move around a lot easier without that being in place, and it's really cool that you're able to attach and detach depending on what tattoo you are doing. It's just a great value. And for the price, SpaSource really came through. It's a very, very, uh, good investment for my health, my physical being, and um, you know, overall.
