It was very painless process from the beginning. My name is Erica Levy. I live in York, Pennsylvania. It was mostly the fact that the bills were changing so drastically between seasons. We had, you know, swings of couple hundred dollars, uh, between the winter and the summer, and we had solar before, so we decided to just go with it. We already know that it was a good idea. Um, we actually have our inspection on Thursday, um, so two days from today. But so far everything's been great. We don't have a really big change yet, uh, but we're expecting regular, m- uh, bill every month, which is what we're really looking forward to. The convenience of knowing exactly how much we were gonna pay each month, and also I like the idea of the renewable energy. I like not depending on the grid so much and just helping the environment in general. The salesman was very, very knowledgeable and patient and nice, and we were able to have all of our questions answered, even questions that came up during the conversation and we didn't know we had those questions, and then they, you know, they were easily answered and thoroughly answered. So it made making the decision very painless and easy. So I think that's probably gonna be the biggest reason why I would recommend SpartanX.
