The interview
What draws you to this type of relationship work?
I've always been very moved by love and couples and new paradigms for couples where even the language is different. It's just beyond coping in dealing with. So I'm always looking for higher level conversations that I feel like actually make a difference that then I'm always up for challenging myself for the next level, for our legacy of love, for our children, our friends, our loved ones, for everyone.
What is your impression of the facilitators, Annie and Eben?
I just trust Annie and Eben. I think they're the real deal. You know, they are so just loving and authentic and they led us through amazing explorations.
What was a major personal breakthrough you experienced at the summit?
The one thing that I'm taking away is I kind of broke through this mental challenge or construct of shame and I felt safe and held as a group to really allow me to go into that wound, to explore it and to transform it into my power.
Who would you recommend the Summit of Love to?
If you're looking for the most amazing reaffirmation of your devotion, commitment and love for your partner, this is the place to come. If you are really, really, really devoted to winning the game, to mastering the game, like really for real, not like coping... if you're the real deal and you want the real deal, don't walk, run.
How did the group dynamic impact your experience?
The group that gets curated, if you get picked to be honest, it's a movement of couples in love willing to really do the real work, real time. There's no hierarchy. We're just truing one another up.
What is the ultimate takeaway for your relationship as a couple?
We let go of the me for what's in service to the we and to the world. And that's what I get, which is we are one team. And through this exercise, through this event, we have just true intimate alignment and clarity as far as our future going together.
