How do you feel about returning to your daily life after this experience?
I'm excited to get back into it as this like more full version of myself, this more whole version that's not hiding behind those walls and also not presenting that avatar for people to meet instead of meeting the real.
What is your primary intention moving forward?
My intention is to be here now every day stop chasing this future version of myself and just be him every moment.

It was the deepest I've gone in terms of healing without using a plant medicine.
