CEO Brent Pohlman Builds Trust and Opens New Business Doors with Book Launchers

Book Launchers is really a team. I'm a team player, I want to be part of a great team and as part of that team, you bring the story, and then the team takes over. They help encourage you how to write better, they help you make the most impact out of that story from a writing standpoint and then from there they tell you how to promote it. My name is Brent Pohlman and my book is Leaders Look Within. The reason I wrote this book was I really wanted to document my journey through leadership because I always wanted leadership. I've tried to find it in books, I've tried to find in all kinds of articles or places or through people and what I really didn't know is that I really needed to start with myself and really look inside myself and what that really looked like and get some strong values and understand better who I was and once I discovered that I really wanted to tell this story to others because I think I'm not alone in this, I think everyone is really looking to how do I become the best leader that I can be. I think when I first heard about Book Launchers I remember I was at our mastermind and I met with Julie she told me about her company and her story really resonated about writing a book and losing all of her privileges to a publisher and then I thought I don't know the first thing about writing a book, how am I even going to do this? And she told me about ghost writing and she told me about the team and staff she had and she made it sound so easy and it really is a simple process and they take a lot of the things behind the scenes out of it and that's what I was really looking for was some way to just to tell my story the best I could and not have to think about all the other extra things. I knew Book Launchers was right when going through the process of writing and editing the book and getting to that final piece we're putting all the pieces together for something that really flowed together, I think that's the hardest part as an author is getting it to really flow. There's an organizational standpoint but then there's a reading and a flow aspect and once that reading and flow aspect came to life I think that's when the magic starts and that's when you know that you have a book that's worth reading. I think what the book has done for me is really just opened doors everywhere to a whole new level of audience and in this world today as an owner and CEO of a company trust is at the forefront of everything we do and we don't see it as much and by writing a book and telling your own story and being really transparent about who you are and especially the topic I had, it's really opened the door for me to have deeper conversations to show that we trust our employees, our clients, our vendors. It's really taking our business to another level and as a result of that too the power of that I want to write another book. So it is the amazing process that I really didn't understand that those benefits were really going come as a part of being an author. I recommend Book Launchers because in the end you want to write the story about yourself and or a particular topic, you are going to be surrounded by the team that cares the most, they will help you write that story, organize it, present it and market like no other company out there.
