What specific services did Capteeni provide to support your sales process?

Some of the services included sourcing contacts, booking meetings, attending to those meetings and following up with leads, and helping us to provide quotations. It's really like end-to-end sales process support. They can even help to manage sales people, which is a crucial value-add because often there is a lack of follow-up from sales people on leads from trade shows.

Why did GeoBear choose Capteeni for its business expansion?

The reason why we chose Capteeni for our business was to successfully expand in the United States. Initially, they did a very comprehensive market study a couple of years before we planned to expand. The intel and insight of that study were big reasons why we decided to go.

How did Capteeni assist GeoBear once you became operational in the US?

Once we were operational, they helped us to open up the markets. Their thorough market insights enabled us to choose the state, the city, and the right type of office location for our venture. As a foreign company, it also helped us to navigate some of the regulatory issues.

What were the measurable results of working with Capteeni?

Capteeni has helped us to generate 100+ warm client contacts, including meetings, calls, and online meetings. These have led to over a million dollars in pipeline and a constant flow of sales. In four years, we got a cashflow-positive business.

Does Capteeni have hands-on experience in market opening?

Yes, one of Capteeni's team members, Gene McNaughton, used to be the person who opened up and built the business for us. I know firsthand that they have team experience of how they open markets because they've done it for GeoBear.

How did Capteeni help you compete against established local companies?

We've been able to beat—time and time again—a lot of the established local players. Even though it wasn't a new industry, we learned more about them and were able to gain a winning edge by the insights that we got from Capteeni's work.

So it's really like end-to-end sales process support. And I think they can even help to manage sales people. Cause that's often the challenge. Like it's been for us that we go to trade show or we source contacts, then there's lack of follow-up. from sales people of these leads. So this is a crucial value-add that they can provide. So I know firsthand that they have team experience of how they open markets because they've done it for Geobear And because of these things, we've also been able to beat - time and time again - a lot of the established local players, because obviously this wasn't a new industry we went in, so there was already established players that we were competing against. So we learned more about them, and we were able to gain a winning by the insights that we got from Capteeni's work. I highly recommend Capteeni for your business because they keep their word. experience of how to enter the US market as a foreign company. They've done it themselves, and they have team members who've done it for other companies and they have delivered results. I can speak only for myself, but I know also that they've delivered results for other companies. So just in the spirit of full disclosure, I'd like to say that the owner of Capteeni as you can tell, we have the same last name, is my brother. To ensure you that this was a rigorous procurement process, we had handed it over to our general manager in the US to choose the provider for the market opening services. So I did not make the choice and I wasn't involved in that procurement setup.
