The interview
Who are you and what is your business?
My name is Adam Robin, and I am in a little town called Picayune, Mississippi. I am a physical therapist, and I own Southern Physical Therapy Clinic.
What problems were you facing with previous marketing agencies?
I had worked with a few different marketing agencies, and they were all good, but it felt like most of them were trying to make marketing a lot more confusing than what it really was. They were trying to add these fancy little bells and whistles, and it felt like a little bit of a money grab, and they were trying to just, like, upcharge me for things that I didn't need.
Why did you choose to work with E-rehab?
I wanted to work with a simple agency that offered consistent service, and didn't make things confusing or overly complicated. I have a few people in my network that have worked with E-Rehab and I've heard their name pop up pretty regularly, so they had credibility. The thing that really sold me was the first call I had with David; he was just like a regular guy and we had a very similar approach to marketing.
What has been the primary benefit of working with them?
The #1 benefit has been just the simplicity and the affordability of their program. Growing a physical therapy practice is really just about building a local reputation. That's what they do, and they do that very, very well. We see a massive uptick in our Google reviews and our testimonials.
How does their pricing impact your overall marketing strategy?
We're able to do it at a price point that allows us to spend our marketing dollars in other ways other than digitally. And so that's the biggest benefit.
What surprised you about the onboarding process?
What surprised me the most was it was actually very easy to get onboarded. David did a really good job of pulling out our brand and our story in a way that didn't require a ton of energy and effort from me. With other agencies, they'd say 'Tell us what you want,' but David was more like, 'We know what you need. Here's a template. Just answer these 5 questions, and we can take the ball and run.'
What is E-rehab's greatest strength?
E-Rehab is the absolute best at helping you build a local reputation and trust and authority with your current patient list. They're incredible at that.
What would you say to someone considering E-rehab?
I know the owners well, they're very trustworthy. Give it a shot. I haven't had any negative experience with them, so I think that you'll probably—you're in good hands.
