And I called her within seconds of reading the sign, and she actually picked up. wouldn't believe how many real estate agents surprisingly don't pick up their phone. So that was really what started our relationship. I called, she picked up. Partnering with Shannon changed my experience of buying homes because she actually felt like a partner. What surprised me the most about how Shannon handled my transactions was her willingness to be flexible.
