Securing Assets Through a Stress-Free Step-by-Step Estate Planning Process

I watched the online workshop because of retiring recently, I wanted to make sure that all of my assets were going to be transferred easily. I learned - or my dad learned a hard lesson because he had a will when he passed away. I was the executor of the estate. My mom had passed away before then. He had remarried. He didn't want the new wife to have everything. But since he didn't redo his will, his will was no good, and everything went to probate, and it cost a lot of money, and it was a major headache. so that's why when I participated in Elliott Feldman's seminar, I was very interested in that because I didn't want that to happen to my family. I think it was right after his presentation that he did. The way he explained everything is very straightforward, based on the pain points that I went through when my dad passed away. I knew that working with Elliott Feldman would definitely protect my assets. And the way he laid everything out made sense. it was almost like a turnkey solution. So it was real easy for me. You don't have to understand everything about law. He made it very easy in layman's terms, how your assets can be protected. And it's pretty much a straightforward, step-by-step process with the asset sheet that you go through, and then just as long as you have the information to complete all of that out, then it's very straightforward for anyone to be able to do. I think what I like best was everything was pretty much scheduled. You had set timelines. You got reminders, so you know you need to complete them before the next milestone. So as long as you're following that, everything is very straightforward. Everything is going to be on time, and you won't have any headaches. I believe if someone was hesitant about participating, they would say that the big thing is it's very stress-free, it's an easy step-by-step process. You can really follow along, and if you have any questions, you always have somebody that you can ask to be able to help you gather any information that you might have questions on.
