Attending this has seen my work and my dream reach a much broader audience, and it will continue to expand.
You do a lot of that by releasing negative emotions because they take so much of our energy.
If we have all these tools like the gist, it can break those anchors and free them to move forward to what their dream is.

The interview

What is the core purpose of your work and its connection to this event?

It's for people to self actualize their dreams. So that's kind of what my whole next book is about, enabling people to get past what I call the soul ache and which is tethering them to the past so they can be free to tether to the dream.

Could you introduce yourself and your professional background?

My name's Tim Shields. I'm a writer, author, literary collaborator. I helped create the gist process.

So that's, again, that's like what I talk about the soul ache. It's like it's holding you back. It's anchoring you and tethering you to the past. And then if we have all these tools like the gist, it can break those anchors and free them to move forward to what their dream is.
