Carol Successfully Transferred Her California Estate Plan to Texas with Robbins Estate Law

I think if you want to protect your family and the future, having a trust is critical to doing that. And again, when I was working with Lorenza, she was very helpful in terms of explaining things that needed to have protection or maybe needed to be looked at in a different way my family and I were protected as possible. And I felt like she was incredibly knowledgeable in terms of the law and what needed to happen. Hi, I'm Carol Sandman and I am retired. I previously had an estate plan in California and I moved to Texas in August of 2023. And so I needed to move my plan from California to Texas. I had a couple of weird things with my trust that she walked me through and helped me make sure that I understood. The thing that surprised me most about working with Lorenza was her responsiveness. Because I've worked with a number of attorneys over the years and I don't think I've had anyone be quite as responsive as she was. If you're considering getting your estate plan in place, I think you should sit down and think about what all of the items that you know that you've got to go into the plan.
