What was the outcome of using TeamBonding for your team?
After using TeamBonding, our team is more comfortable around each other. They definitely put people in situations where they have to step out of their comfort zone and talk to people that they may not normally talk to. So our team definitely is more comfortable with each other, friendlier, and just overall in a good mood because they had a great time.
What prompted you to use TeamBonding?
What prompted me to use TeamBonding was a need for more organized, high-level activity for a large group of employees.
Did you have any hesitations before booking?
If I did have any hesitations, it would have been because we had worked with other providers in the past. What helped me overcome that hesitation was really just a need to try something new and try to work with a new vendor.
Why did you choose TeamBonding and why do you continue to return?
What led me to choose TeamBonding was the variety of activities they offered. And what led me to continue to come back to TeamBonding was just the wonderful time that we had with the facilitators, and just the high level of organization of all the activities and the ease of working with TeamBonding.
What is the energy level like at these events?
The past TeamBonding events we've had have been extremely high energy. Everyone always has a wonderful time. There are definitely moments that are cemented in our team's memories because they were hilarious or just so much fun.
What stood out to you about the staff and facilitators?
What stood out to me most about the TeamBonding facilitators and their staff is just how friendly they are, charismatic and energetic and just ready to get things going and to have a good time and provide a wonderful time for the entire team. They're always super organized and very easy to work with, can think of things on the fly.
What would you say to someone considering TeamBonding?
If you're looking to book a TeamBonding experience, I'd say you won't regret it. We've done several programs with TeamBonding and it's always just so much fun, high energy and really gets people interacting with each other. I highly recommend using TeamBonding.
