Personalized Home Buying Experience Finding a Budget-Friendly Home in Albuquerque

Working with Mike and Dawn was actually very different from my first experience with a realtor. When we first interacted with a realtor here in Albuquerque, it was very distant. We saw a couple of houses. Kind of more of a "pass and go" type of occurrence. But when we worked with Mike and Dawn it became really personal and felt more of a casual and loving experience that we had with them. We didn't find our forever home but we found the home that was right for us and it fit our budget, it fit our expectations and it checked all the criteria that we really wanted to make sure that we hit. But Dawn, was she just kind of made us feel really comfortable with all of our interactions with her She helped us through every little process. She reaches out to us still to this day. We do still feel like family with her a little on that aspect. She still checks in on us, asks us about our house and how everything's going and it's just really nice to feel that because I don't think that's an experience that you get from a lot of other places. We recommend The Bigelow Team because they're not just "realtors looking to sell a home." They want to make sure that they're putting people in the house that they really love and care for. And letting them know everything from the loan process to the home buying to and to the care you have to take after you buy the house. They do it all and, like we've mentioned before, Dawn still reaches out to us today whether it's a 'Happy Holidays' or 'I had a dream and I think that you need to check on your water heater.' Whatever it is they're still in contact with us and it makes us feel like someone's watching over us and it's really nice.
